Payment

Client should give a clear description, samples, and/or references of their commission and make an initial payment of 50% of the commission price to start the process. Remaining balance must be paid when the commission is completed. The artist can be flexible about the pricing if the client is unable to pay with the exact price for a reasonable excuse.

Comission Cancellation

This Artist has the right to stop work on a Commission, or cancel a Commission request due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, or not following these Terms of Service.

Refunds

Refunds may only be provided under the following circumstances:-The Artist is unable to complete the work, for whatever reason.
-The Commission is cancelled before Work has begun.

Ownership and Copyright

Artist owns the copyright to any completed artwork. All completed artwork/commissions are for the client's personal use only.Some things the client cannot do are:
- Resell the artwork
- Create merchandise for profit/in exchange for money*__Commission price is doubled if the artwork/services are to be used for commercial use.__Some things the Client can do include:_-Use the artwork as social media icons
-Print the artwork for personal use
-Use print-on-demand services only for personal use
